Siddhartha Jain

Siddhartha is a seasoned technologist and business leader with over 22 years of experience in the technology industry. With his diverse background in roles such as technologist, product manager, and business head, Siddhartha has gained valuable experience and expertise in the technology sector. Believing that mathematics, communication, and coding skills can create significant economic value in India, Siddhartha is working towards building a scalable and sustainable model around these skills through a startup that we run. His startup aims to bridge the gap between technology aspirants and companies by creating the right training for job seekers and building capacity for companies to absorb young talent with the right processes. His efforts have been instrumental in building a thriving ecosystem that benefits both job seekers and employers. Siddhartha holds a degree in Mathematics and Computing from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is also an alumnus of ILSS and actively contributes to the social sector through organizations like Saarthi Education. Apart from work, Siddhartha is a devoted father who loves spending time with his son. He is an avid nature enthusiast and enjoys bird photography.
