He has a decade long experience in the education sector, especially working in the low-income communities across the country. Ankit has served as a Teach For India fellow where he was placed in a government school in an urban village in Delhi. He has also worked as a Programme Manager at Central Square Foundation where he managed research and investments for the EdTech vertical.

Astha leads operations and expansion at Saarthi Education. She manages the Uttarakhand zone and co-manages the Delhi zone.
She has extensive experience in launching campaigns and setting up institutions in rural districts. She has worked with SRIJAN India where she was a core team member of Women's Federation of India and led a liquor ban campaign in remote tribal districts of Rajasthan. She initiated a mental health programme under NMHP and mental health support initiative in government schools and health care centres while working as a Programme Coordinator with Manas Foundation. She has also worked with Godrej Agrovet as a Senior Sales Officer.
She holds a B. A (Hons) degree in the German Language from Doon University, Dehradun and a Master's degree in Development (Law, Governance and Policy) from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru.

She has over five years of experience in the education sector focused on teaching and learning Mathematics. She has worked in rural Rajasthan across government schools where she taught Grade 3 & 4 and also led capacity building of teachers. She has also worked in a Human Rights organization called Aman Biradari in Delhi, where she worked in the education team focused on rehabilitating street children in residential homes.
She holds a Masters degree in Education from Azim Premji University, Bangalore and a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from the Delhi University.
Divya JainContent ManagerShe has over five years of experience in the education sector focused on teaching and learning Mathematics. She has worked in rural Rajasthan across government schools where she taught Grade 3 & 4 and also led capacity building of teachers. She is the Founder of an award winning waste management startup focussed on improving supply chain and influencing behavioural practices regarding waste segregation in low income communities.

Parul Madan leads Monitoring and Evaluation at Saarthi Education.
She has worked in the corporate sector for more than six years. Prior to joining Saarthi, she worked as an Actuarial Executive with IDBI Federal Life Insurance where she was mainly responsible for data management and assisted in Valuation & Regulatory Reporting. She has also volunteered with various NGOs to learn about education programmes in low-income communities.
Along with clearing Actuarial exams, she holds a B.Com (hons) degree from Gargi College, Delhi University and is pursuing MSW via distance learning. She has represented her state at National Volleyball Tournament.
